Delivery Policy

Mobile Smart Ltd (trading as Mobile Smart – Phone Repair, Key Cutting & Trophy Engraving) delivers orders within New Zealand only. Delivery is available Monday to Friday and is offered as a flat-rate charge per order, based on the delivery region selected at checkout.

Standard flat-rate delivery charges are $10 for Auckland, $15 for Auckland Rural, $20 for North Island Tracked, $30 for North Island Tracked Rural, $30 for South Island Tracked, and $40 for South Island Tracked Rural. There is no free-shipping threshold at this stage, and additional shipping fees may apply for urgent deliveries where extra costs are required.

Courier deliveries are sent as signature required by default. Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information is provided by email so you can follow your delivery with the courier.

Some products may be pickup-only due to size, fragility, or bulk. Where pickup-only applies, it will be communicated for that product or order, and collection will be arranged from our store at 79 O’Shannessey Street, Papakura, Auckland 2110, New Zealand.

Production and dispatch timing depends on product availability, order size, and customisation requirements. Most orders can typically be completed within 1–2 weeks. After we receive your order, we aim to email you within 24–48 hours with stock confirmation and an estimated completion date. If you need an order by a specific date, you should communicate that early so we can advise the best options.

If you choose Click & Collect or in-store pickup, please note this is not same-day. We will call or email you when your order is ready for collection.

If a parcel is delayed after dispatch, you can use the tracking details provided to contact the courier directly for updates. We package orders carefully, but if an item is damaged in transit, please contact us and we will advise the best solution depending on what occurred.
